Goods Donation Form
The following form details the goods you would like to donate to Chains of Grace. Your donation is tax deductible for the value of the goods. Please indicate the approximate, or actual, value of the goods and select whether or not you need a receipt. A receipt will be sent to you upon receiving and inspection of the goods and their description below. Thank you for your support and partnership in seeing these citizens back on their feet and off to a better start.
We are in need of household items for residents of our transitional housing program. Specifically, we need twin-sized bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, and comforters), and bath towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths).
